Audrey is a Midwesterner that loves the outdoors and excitement of Colorado. She is passionate about student mental health and its influence on student academic success. She attended the University of Minnesota for her bachelor’s degree in Psychology where she developed an interest in mental health and higher education administration. She then went on to receive her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota. With an emphasis in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology, she furthered her knowledge of college counseling. She has also worked on a number of instructional design projects, using her knowledge of psychology to improve the facilitation of online training programs.

In her free time, Audrey is probably hiking, reading, rollerblading, listening to podcasts or traveling. She has travelled to 17 countries outside of the US. She loves trying new foods and listening to new music!
