Taylor Craven joined CU Boulder Advancement in January 2022 as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. Prior to her tenure with Advancement, she spent five years with campus HR in various roles including Leave Program Manager and member of the Employee Relations team. Taylor found her place in higher education early on in her career and enjoys navigating the complex structure of the university. She strives to help employees succeed in their roles and be proud of where they work.
Taylor is a proud Forever Buff and Colorado native. She is a self-declared foodie and enjoys boat days on the lake, going to concerts, and spending time outside with her dog.
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science from the Leeds School of Business with a Minor in Ethnic Studies. While receiving her B.S. at Leeds, she focused her studies in the areas of Human Resources and Operations Management.
