Biography
Felicia Naranjo Martinez has joined the Industry and Foundation Relationship Team to support the Chancellor’s 2022 Right Here, Right Now Global Climate Summit. She has served as Executive Director of the Colorado European Union Center of Excellence at both the University of Colorado and University of Denver.
Felicia is an experienced and relationship driven leader with a multidimensional and multifaceted background exercised to secure over $200,000,000 in diverse foreign grant awards. She has developed and implemented hundreds of events across the Mountain West Region of the U.S. and in several European Union Member States. Since 2009, in collaboration with numerous partner organizations, she has worked closely with the EU Commission in Brussels and the EU Mission to the United States in Washington, D.C. to achieve grant commitments. She has had the honor of working directly with various sitting and retired Ambassadors, Heads of State, and EU Heads of Sections.
Felicia earned a BA in English and Primary Teaching Certificate from the University of Colorado Boulder and holds an Associate Degree in Human Services from Metropolitan State University where she graduated magna cum laude. She currently serves on the Board of the Santa Fe World Affairs Forum.
