Tuesday, February 12, 2019

CU Boulder uses Handshake for job and internship postings. It's easy to sign up as an employer for the Internship Fair. First, create an account on Handshake, and then visit our Handshake Engineering InternshipWorks Fair page to sign up and pay.

The Computing and Software InternshipWorks Fair will be held on February 12, 2019, at the Idea Forge Commons in the Fleming Building. The event starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. Please plan to arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 a.m. Employers are required to stay until 3 p.m. in order to give all students with various class schedules an opportunity to attend. When you arrive, please check in at the registration table. You will be assigned a general section of the room based on your industry, then have the opportunity to choose your table within that section (first come, first serve). IMPORTANT: there are not enough electrical outlets for each table. If you are planning on bringing a laptop, make sure it is fully charged.

$300, included is a 6' banquet table, black tablecloth and chairs.

Lunch will be provided between noon and 1 p.m. in the Idea Forge. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day. We have reserved a break area in the building for your comfort and convenience.

Professionals are encouraged to bring their corporate nametag with company logo. Handwritten nametags will be available.

A one-day parking permit will be available to you the day of the event. Bring a printed copy of your confirming email to show the attendant. Please park in Lot 308 located off of Kittredge Loop. Look for a Parking Services attendant at the entrance of the parking lot to receive your permit between 9 and 10 a.m. Refer to the driving directions and campus map provided below for additional information. If you wish to drop off any items, you can unload at the Idea Forge entrance before parking.
