The minor in applied mathematics provides students with in-depth training in mathematical techniques and computational methods well beyond the training usually received by science and engineering majors. Students choose from three tracks, with the goal of introducing students to more advanced mathematical techniques and problem-solving strategies.

  •  Learn mathematical techniques and computational methods

  •  Gain applicable skills for work requiring analysis or modeling of real-world situations

  •  Complement your undergraduate studies with a minor
