Postdoctoral Fellowship Program For Academic Diversity

  • Applicants must have received a doctorate no more than two years before the application deadline.
  • Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents who are interested in pursuing academic careers.
  • Applicants are expected to begin the fellowship within six months of the application deadline.
  • CU-Boulder PhD recipients may not apply to work with faculty of the department from which they received their PhD - rather, they are encouraged to apply for opportunities outside their "home" college.
  • Consideration will be given to applicants that demonstrate a commitment to promoting educational opportunities to historically underserved groups, including underrepresented minorities, disabled persons, and first generation college students from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Current postdoctoral fellows at CU host institutions are ineligible.
  • Proposed postdoctoral faculty mentors at CU must be tenured.
