The consequences of adoption of environmental policies in energy markets, climate change policy, gasoline, electricity and renewable energy markets.

PhD, University of California at Davis, is an assistant professor with research interests in energy, environmental economics and empirical industrial organization.  His current research focuses on gasoline markets, the land use aspects of biofuel production, and climate change policy in the transportation sector.
