Call for Exhibitor Participation

The two-day exhibit November 16 and 17, 2011, held during the main conference allows for contact with key decision-makers. Average attendance of over 250 from across the U.S.

Designated times and a reception allow ample opportunities for attendees to visit exhibits in a spacious and inviting locale.

Exhibit fees*

By September 15: are $590 and $470 (non-profit) respectively

After September 15: $640 and $520 (non-profit) respectively

*Does not include booth electricity, additional a/v and shipping & handling. Use the "exhibitor service request form" below to order these services directly from the hotel.

Advertising & Material Distribution Fees

$90 - Display brochure material on our general info table*

$125 - Flyer in packet*

$250 - 1/4 page ad in program guide

$450 - 1/2 page ad in program guide

$800 - full page ad

Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Exhibit Set-up Time
