Meeting Schedule 2007 All meetings will be held during the first Thursday of the month from 2:00 – 3:30 pm. Committee members agree that if a member cannot make a meeting, they will send a substitute when appropriate. They also agree to notify a co-chair via email letting either of them know if they cannot attend, and who will attend in their absence. If a substitute is sent, the standing member will bring them up to speed as to what will be discussed. Finally there is an expectation that the absent member will read the minutes from the meeting.
