Working with the Volunteer Resource Center

The Volunteer Resource Center is connected to over 250 non-profit organizations in the Boulder/Denver Area. We are always looking to expand our programs and partnerships. We partner with community organizations who share our educational agenda of developing CU students in their understanding of social issues and their role as engaged and active citizens. You can read more about our service philosophy and what we expect from our community partners.

Do you have a short or long-term opportunity you want to promote?

Call (303) 735-4496 or email volunteer@colorado.edu.
Please provide the following information:
  • Name of event or opportunity
  • Date
  • Time
  • Volunteer requirements (dress, age, physical requirements, equipment)
  • Will you work with college students who have court sanctioned hours? (Most violations are alcohol related)
  • Sign up process or contact information

Still Need Volunteers?

In addition to setting up a community organization profile, you might consider doing the following to locate volunteers:

  • Identify a CU-Boulder Student Group or Student Affairs Department that aligns with your organization.
  • Find volunteers in the community through the Foothills United Way.
