You may obtain a CITI completion report from www.citiprogram.org. You will need the username and password you created for the CITI website. If you do not remember this information contact CITI support or call the IRB at (303) 735-3702.
Once you have logged into your CITI account, you may print your completion report from the main menu. If you do not see the appropriate course listed on this page, see this tutorial.
To obtain this information, contact the institution's IRB. Sometimes this information is also listed on the institution’s IRB website. Alternately, you may also be able to find this information on the OHRP Database.
Not all research requires IRB review. Use HRP-310: WORKSHEET - Human Research Determination to confirm that your study meets the criteria for human subjects research.
Applications are submitted through eRA, the IRB’s electronic system. See the Submission Guides page for step-by-step tutorials.
If a submission has already been sent to the IRB Office or to a faculty advisor for review, contact the IRB Office and a staff member will have the submission sent back to you. Do not create a new submission (e.g. Amendment, Initial Application, etc.).
See the Adding Your Faculty Advisor to the Routing Path tutorial for specific instructions.
The most current status of your review is displayed in eRA. See the Check Review Status page for specific instructions.
