Business Processes are established by the Office of Human Resources 

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research is only involved in the following:

  1. Approval of the OEP Position Description Form, and funding source, accessible at
  2. Sending OEP Position Description Form to OCG for funding approval
  3. Reviewing preliminary and final versions of the offer letter (template accessible at ensuring that candidate has submitted vitae, letter of recommendation and proof of degree
