Conflict of interest disclosure (DEPA) filed by all key personnel involved in the proposed research.

Annual disclosure must be filed by April 1. Up-to-date disclosure must be on file before a proposal is submitted.

Login to MyCUInfo using your CU Login name and IdentiKey password. Go to the CU Resources tab. Click 'Faculty Reporting and Professional Disclosure'  on the lower left side. Click the 'Login to DEPA' button to access the DEPA home page.

Prior to contract or grant acceptance.

Office of Contracts and Grants will attempt to remove restrictions from contract/grant language.  If unsuccessful, PI may apply for waiver; contact Linda Morris for application.
