Better Boulder Better World

3rd Annual Better Boulder Better World is April 19th!

BBBW is a county-wide celebration of service that takes place each April in honor of Earth Day and National Volunteer Week. The event epitomizes what the Volunteer Clearing House has been doing for nearly 40 years -- connecting volunteers with volunteer opportunities. We hold this event each year as an opportunity for students, staff, and faculty to collaborate with local residents and get out into their communities, learn about the various nonprofit and government agencies that serve Boulder County and give something back while having a positive volunteer experience.

The 3rd Annual Better Boulder Better World is Saturday, April 19th, from 8 am - noon (though some projects run short or longer than that). This year we have a goal of having 300 volunteers will devote over 2,000 hours of service to more than 25 different service agencies, all in one day! What we will accomplish on this day would otherwise take one person, working full-time, almost an entire year to complete!!! View project descriptions.
