The Top Scholarship Office is located in Norlin Library in the southwest corner, room S-429. Enter the west doors of the library and come up the stairs on the right, 2 ½ flights, and follow the signs to the Undergraduate Academy (UA) or UROP space. The office is in the back corner by the UROP offices.
