New CU Boulder employees in their first 12 to 18 months of employment are invited to participate in the CU Discover Series, part of the Department of Human Resources' comprehensive, year-long onboarding program.

This month, bring your lunch and join fellow new employees to learn about the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), a no-cost benefit to CU Boulder faculty and staff members. The program's director Paulette Erickson England will introduce the FSAP programs available to employees and will discuss what it means to be part of a psychologically healthy workplace. 

At the end of the session, participants will understand:

  • The employee assistance program as a benefit of employment. 
  • The definition of a psychologically healthy workplace. 
  • How to access Faculty and Staff Assistance Program services.
