The 69th Annual CWA: April 10-14, 2017. Be Worldly.

Each April, the Conference on World Affairs (CWA) brings an extravaganza of thought, conversation and performance to campus. Find yourself spoiled for choice on what to attend? Maybe these 10 selections will help.

Pick a series—any series.

Trying something new.

Spurred by a student volunteer’s suggestion, the CWA will host two “Hometown Conversations” about homelessness and sanctuary cities, with CWA speakers joined by local experts in these fields. The conference is also trying out “Speed Chatting” in which attendees can meet seven of the speakers in person for seven minutes each.
