Woman listens to interviewers talk

Learn how to negotiate your salary and benefits before your interviews at the Start Smart Salary Negotiation Workshop on Thursday, April 6, at the Center for Community (C4C). It's a no-cost experience that could potentially earn you thousands of dollars in additional income over your lifetime.

Start Smart Workshops are specifically designed for college students about to enter the job market. According to research by the American Association of University Women (AAUW), women one year out of college are paid only 82 percent of what their male counterparts receive.
