Fefu and Her Friends

Fefu and Her FriendsBy Maria Irene Fornes
Directed by Paige Olson

This creatively staged play is a raw, realistic exploration of the challenges and struggles of everyday women. In 1935 New England, Fefu invites seven of her friends over to gossip and plan a charity presentation, but the day quickly unravels when one of the women is found dead. “Fefu and Her Friends” stands out in the world of theater thanks to its all-female cast, intimate staging and timely observation of gender roles in society.
