Why won't my answering machine pick up off-campus calls?

Some answering machines do not recognize the distinct double-ring for off-campus calls. You can request a software change on your line to eliminate the double-ring, but this will also eliminate Call Waiting. Contact the Housing Phone Center for more information at 303-492-5555.
