Call Forwarding - Busy / Don't Answer

Call Forwarding - Busy / Don't Answer redirects all of your calls to another on-campus extension or an off-campus number after ringing your telephone set three times without an answer, or if your extension is busy.


To forward calls when your line is busy or you don't answer

  1. Lift the handset; listen for a dial tone.
  2. Dial *4; Listen for a dial tone.
  3. Dial the 5-digit on-campus extension, or 8 + the local off-campus number where you want to forward calls.


To deactivate call forwarding:

  1. Lift the handset; listen for a dial tone.
  2. Dial #2. Listen for a confirmation tone.
