Call Coverage automatically redirects calls to another on-campus extension after a specified number of unanswered rings. Calls will be redirected up to three times on a Call Coverage Path unless a busy extension is encountered. Until the caller hangs up, the telephone at the last point of coverage will continue to ring. Call Forwarding - All Calls and Call Forwarding--Busy / Don't Answer can override the operation of the Call Coverage feature.
