Hold

TIP
Hold does not automatically open a Call Appearance button. To make a second call, you must select an open Call Appearance button.

Your Phone
Enter your five-digit on-campus extension to see the features programmed on your multiline phone.

Hold

You can put a call on hold to avoid disconnecting a caller or to go back and forth between two calls.

To put a call on hold

Press Hold button; a green call appearance light will begin to flutter.

To return to the original call:

Press the fluttering Call Appearance button.
