What Your Responses Mean

Mostly a’s:
You must feel exhausted! Try to get enough sleep by making a conscious effort to get to bed at a reasonable hour. Identify what specific factors routinely prevent you from getting enough rest, and change those things (e.g., procrastinating studying and having to stay up all night). For one week, make a commitment to get at least 8 hours a night and see for yourself what all that sleep does for your psychological and physical health! Whatever you do, get to bed!!

Mostly b’s:

You’re doing a pretty good job, but a little more sleep on a more consistent basis will probably do wonders for you. You’re well on your way to being a well rested and happy college student. Try getting to bed a little earlier or taking a nap in the early afternoon when you can’t get a full night’s rest.

Mostly c’s:

Your bed must love you! You’re doing a great job of getting enough sleep…keep it up!
