Fall Volunteer Fair 2008 - Welcome

Registration for CU’s Annual Fall Semester Volunteer Fair hosted by Volunteer Clearing House is now open!

Where? University Memorial Center (UMC) Fountain Area, University of Colorado Boulder campus
When? Tuesday, September 9th, 2008. 11am-3pm
Why? To meet potential student volunteers, network with other community programs and raise awareness about your volunteer programs

We have a limited number of tables available each semester and they usually fill up very quickly, so please register early to guarantee your spot.

Registration includes: 1 table, 2 chairs, a light breakfast in the morning, a pizza lunch in the afternoon, and one 5-hr parking permit*. If you need additional permits, please indicate that in your registration form. Unfortunately, we may not always be able to accommodate all special dietary needs, so please plan accordingly.

Registration fee:
July1st to July 31st Early Registration Fee: $30.00
August 1st through August 31st: $35.00

Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation letter with further details about the event, which will guarantee your table reservation.

What should you bring? brochures, volunteer sign-up sheets, table draperies, applications, and any other items you will need to promote your organization.
