Application for Membership

Please submit this completed application along with either an unofficial transcript or a complete online printout of all grade reports. These documents will be used only to verify your GPA. Return your completed application and supporting materials to the Sigma Tau Delta mailbox in Hellems 101. Upon review of these materials, you will be notified via email of your acceptance, based on the following requirements.

1. A declared English major or English minor
2. A minimum of 45 hours of overall completed coursework or graduate student status
3. 6 hours of completed English coursework excluding core requirements
4. 3.0 minimum overall GPA
5. 3.0 minimum English GPA
6. A single lifetime dues payment of $75 to the University of Colorado. Only after acceptance should dues be submitted.
