NSA Members and their duties:

President: The President is the head of the organization. All activities of the association will be carried out with the consent of the President. The President will preside over all meetings of the organization. S/he is empowered to direct all office-bearers and the members for the smooth execution of the association activities. The President is answerable to the general body of the association; therefore the President should set aside at least 5 to 10 hours a week. Be advised that during event season they may be expected to work longer.

Vice President: He/She is required to stay in close contact with the president regarding all official matters and is expected to attend SOFO meetings and other mandatory meetings alongside the president. He/She has the authority to preside over association meetings in the absence of the president.

Account Executive: The Account Executive is responsible for all official works of the association. S/he will maintain all the association documents and prepare minutes of the meetings. The Account Executive will present an annual report and accounts of the association in the annual general meeting; therefore the Account Executive should set aside at least 2 to 4 hours a week. Be advised that during event season they may be expected to work longer.

Events Coordinator: He/She is in charge of the details while organizing association events and is required to be up to date with the university deadlines as pertinent. Suggestions and event ideas are to be placed during association meetings.

Treasurer: The Treasurer is responsible for all the financial accounts of the association. S/he is responsible to all the executive committee members of the association. S/he is also responsible for collecting subscriptions, donations, etc. and shall maintain the accounts of the association as required by the Student Activity Center of SOFO. The Treasurer is responsible for creating budgets and obtaining funds as necessary; therefore the Treasurer should set aside at least 2 to 4 hours a week. Be advised that during event season they may be expected to work longer.

Web Designer: S/he will be responsible for keeping the NSA website up-to-date. S/he will report to the Executive Board for current information regarding members, events, news, etc. S/he will also be responsible for presenting the website to inform, interact, and entertain all members and non-members of NSA; therefore the Web Designer should set aside at least 4 to 5 hours a week.

Publicity/Communications (Two Members): S/he will generally maintain communication between other associations and organizations, including all the members of NSA. S/he will call meetings with agreement of all officers. S/he is responsible for advertising for NSA and its events; therefore s/he should set aside at least 2 to 4 hours a week. Be advised that during event season they may be expected to work longer.
Executive Committee Members (All NSA Members): S/he will work as a helping hand to all the committee members and perform the duties of any committee member during his/her temporary absence.
