Hmong Student Association of Colorado Hmong Student Association of Colorado [HSAC] was put together in the Fall of 2006 in hopes that the former association could spread out to the greater community of Colorado. Since then, the organization has been successful in establishing links from Denver campuses with CU-Boulder. If you cant find us on your campus and would like to join in, HSAC invites you to contact us so that we can unite and work together as we move towards educating and developing the Hmong and greater community of Colorado.
