• Open a new e-mail
• In the address line, write "listproc@lists.colorado.edu"
• In the body of the e-mail, write "subscribe cu_wildlands [your name]" (Do not type the []).
• Send the e-mail with no other additions. You should recieve a confirmation instantaneously (Well, not instantaneously. Einstein says that will never happen.)

To remove yourself from the list, follow the same steps as above, but write "unsubscribe cu_wildlands [your name]" in the body of the email.
