About Us
Campus Ambassadors is an interdenominational, student-run ministry at the University of Colorado. There are CA ministries across the United States. Visit the national CA website for more information.
Our name comes from a passage in the Bible, from 2 Corinthians 5:20-21:
"So we are Christ's ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ."
Our Purpose
We are dedicated to creating a community of people whose lives are being transformed by Jesus Christ.
Our Objectives
- To connect CU students with Jesus
- To help CU students grow in Christ
- To develop Christian student leadership
- To be a community of believers on the CU campus
- To expose CU students to issues in the world, and encourage Biblically sound personal action
- To connect CU students to a local church
Our Director - Paul Marsh
In 1993 Paul Marsh became the Area Director supervising Campus Ambassador staff in the Rocky Mountain Region. He is also part of the national campus leadership team. He has been involved in campus ministry for 38 years and for 28 of those, he has been at the University of Colorado.
Paul says,
“Students today are looking for a place to belong, somewhere it is safe to explore without judgment. We are providing this kind of place to students to taste and see the goodness of Jesus Christ.”
