Now that things are starting to come along, it's time to think about how to make the BSJC's existence know to interested parties. I am much more concerned with maintaining a small number of high caliber participants than establishing a large member base. As such, word-of-mouth is probably going to be the most effective advertising technique at present, so tell your friends about the Oct. 3rd meeting.
Additionally, I'm going to make an announcement in my Evolution and Creationism class next week (all MCDB seniors) and tell my academic advisor to refer us to interested students. Depending on what degree of interest we see in the first few meetings, we can up- or down-regulate our efforts to reach out to the student populous. If you have any other ideas, please let us know.
