Emem Ekiko
Senior
Major: Sociology/Pre-Med
Hey everybody my name is Emem Ekiko. This is my second year as the President of the Black Student Alliance. I am a senior (YEAH!!!) majoring in Sociology/Pre-med. After graduation, I plan to get my master's and then proceed on to Medical School. My passion in life is helping others and being of service to my community. I build onto the Lupus Foundation and establish a race for the cure similar to that of AIDS and Breast Cancer. I have been very active on campus through my involvement with the African Student Association, Umoja Voices Gospel Choir, SORCE, McNeill Academic Program, Big XII Council on Black Student Government and of course the Black Student Alliance just to name a few. God has blessed me with a wonderful life that I am so grateful for. In my free time I love to sleep, sing, dance, play tennis and basketball, kick it with friends and watch reality TV(it's my favorite). My favorite color is green. My niece and my nephew are my heart and my joy. Life would be impossible without the love and support of my beauty mother and three amazing sisters. Naija for Life!!!
