Ready to lend a hand wherever needed, these Alpha Chi’s help serve food at Nacho Fest, Alpha Chi Omega’s fall philanthropy event. This evening is filled with dancing, laughter, and extreme nacho eating in the heart of Nu Chapter's home.
Greek Grand Slam is an annual softball tournament for fraternities and sororities hosted by Alpha Chi Omega each spring. This year marked the 13th tournament with 20 teams participating.

The members of the Nu Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega pride themselves on their commitment to philanthropy. At the heart of Alpha Chi Omega is the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation which is dedicated to the education and prevention of domestic violence. Funds raised at Nacho Fest, Nu Chapter's fall philanthropy, are donated to the foundation which also provides scholarships for members, programming for chapters, and nationally recognized speakers for special engagement. Nu Chapter's spring event Greek Grand Slam benefits the local philanthropy "Partners in Prevention". Partners in Prevention is an “organization committed to helping bridge health care professionals an domestic abuse victim advocacy.” They ensure "that healthcare treatment for domestic violence supports victims and survivors in graining their safety and well-being." Weather interfered with the Spring 2009 Greek Grand Slam tournament but teams that intended to play generously supported Nu Chapter's local philanthropy by making donations and purchasing shirts.
