| Student Retirement Forms: Students who are not enrolled in the required credit hours must enroll in the Student Retirement Plan. | Work-Study Increase Request Form This is the form that students and employers use to request an increase of a work-study award. Students must have remaining financial aid eligibility to be considered for an increase. The student must have applied and been granted a work-study award before you complete this form. The student should've applied for financial aid by submitting the correct year for the FAFSA form and the necessary tax documents.
