As an employer of CU Boulder students, you will fall into one of the following categories:
On-Campus
On-Campus departments can hire students using work-study or using departmental funds. All on-campus students are paid through Employee Services. New to hiring an on-campus student? Review our information on hiring an on-campus student learning more about the requirements.
Off-Campus
Off-Campus employers can include private individuals and companies not affiliated with CU Boulder. You will pay the student through your own payment methods and with your own funding; however, you are welcome to recruit student employees through our online job posting site.
Off-Campus Work-Study
Some off-campus employers partner with Student Employment to fund student employees with work-study funds. To see if you are eligible for this program, contact studentemployment@colorado.edu.
