On-Campus Housing

Living environments within the residence halls provide significant opportunities for freshmen to transition to collegiate life and access academic support services (free tutoring to residents in the halls) and staff support.  Consequently, freshmen are required to live in a university residence hall for two academic semesters unless they are married, or live with a parent or legal guardian and have permission to commute.

Off-Campus Housing

Off Campus Housing FairOff-Campus Housing & Neighborhood Relations serves approximately 22,000 students living off campus and offers resources to help students navigate Boulder living.
  • Search hundreds of rental listings and connect with individuals looking for roommates on Ralphie’s List year round!
  • Attend Off-Campus Housing’s annual housing fair and meet landlords, property managers and realtors right here on campus. Save the dates!
  • Download a list of apartment complexes and Boulder property management companies. 
  • The Apartment Complex Guide is updated each semester and is available for download on Ralphie’s List (under Resources).
