Just Before Travel

Come to the SOFO and pick up your airplane tickets and/or travel advances.

Within 5 Days of Return

Individual travelers must turn in all receipts associated with travel to the SOFO, UMC 231. The SOFO will then ask you to sign a travel expense voucher to clear your expenses. If you fail to turn in receipts within 5 days, you may be taxed on the costs associated with the travel.
