You should have your registration forms in order, have an idea of where you are going to stay during your trip, know the length of stay, and have your budget completed, reviewed, and approved by the SOFO.

By this time, you should also have a clear idea of which sources you will be approaching for funding. If you have questions about which student fee funding source is right for your group or special project, speak to the UCSU Legislative Council president in UMC 332, 303-492-7473. The funding sources section of this site will also assist you with this determination. Some administrative and academic departments also fund student group projects, travel, and events. The SOFO can provide you with information regarding these sources.
