Quitting Smoking Support Group (Biweekly on Thursdays, 12-1, Willard 101)
Are you trying to quit smoking? Do you have some motivation but need some accountability and support? Come join others on this path to quit once and for all. Mindfulness Meditation Group (Tuesdays, 12:30-1:00, Willard 231 and Fridays, 12:15-12:45, ARC 620)
Daily life stress can be overwhelming and finding time to just breathe and be can be challenging.
The CU Mindfulness Meditation Group invites you to stop your busy-ness and JUST SIT! Meditation has
been shown to help reduce anxiety and stress, improve focus, and promote general well-being. We
meet weekly over the lunch hour and sit silently for 30 minutes. Sitting meditation experience
helpful but not required. All are welcome! Please contact the following facilitators to register

Caregivers Support Group (Thursdays, lunch hour) NOW RECRUITING!
Are you a non-professional Caregiver? Do you have a spouse, partner, son, daughter, parent, friend or someone else whom you help with life's basic and not-so-basic needs? If you would like a supportive place to listen and be listened to; to share your story, your struggles, your frustrations, and your joys, we invite you to join the Caregivers' Support Group.
