Fitness & Sports

Basketball at the Student Recreation CenterRecreational activities for all levels of ability and interest are available on and off campus.  Studies have found that those who participate in collegiate recreation programs have less stress, develop a sense of community, and maintain a higher level of fitness throughout their lives. And it's a great way to make friends with similar interests!
