Student Academic Services Center
The Student Academic Services Center (SASC) hosts CUBoulder's
Pre-Collegiate Development Program, the McNeill
Academic Program (one of the CU-LEAD Alliance academic
neighborhood programs), as well as three federally funded programs.
Each of these program areas is intended to facilitate
academic access and opportunity for populations who are generally
characterized by low income, first generation, and/or
under-representation in higher education. SASC also provides
a wide range of services designed to improve or enhance students'
academic performance. These services include individualized
academic consultation and coordination, tutorial support,
academic skills and strategies workshops, co-curricular
seminars, core mathematics and writing courses, and English
learner assistance.
