Off-Campus Student Services
Off-Campus Student Services (OCSS) helps students find offcampus
housing and roommates and distributes information on
leases, deposits, roommate relations, tenant rights, and landlord
responsibilities. In addition to helping with housing issues,
OCSS has its own staff attorney offering free lease reviews and
general legal advice regarding security deposits, maintenance
and repair issues, roommate liability disputes, and other general
landlord/tenant issues.
