Light and Lasers Assembly

What is light? How and where is light produced?

This assembly program investigates the phenomenon of light, demonstrates some laser applications, and examines various types and components of light. Students learn what a laser is and how it works. They see a demonstration of how a laser makes fiber optics possible, and learn about the importance of this technology.

This program supports Colorado Model Content Standards for Science 2, 5.
