Release of Information Form
Scholarship Services will send an official transcript to your donor on your behalf if the donor requests us to do so. However, we must have your signed approval before releasing grades and/or financial information to private scholarship donors.
Enrollment Verification
You can complete enrollment verification with the FREE* Student Self-Service Site from the National Student Clearinghouse, accessed through Buff Portal. The following services are available securely online, 24/7:
- Print enrollment verification certificates to send to organizations requiring proof of your enrollment
- View your enrollment history
- View enrollment verifications provided to student service providers at your request
*NOTE: You must access the National Student Clearinghouse through Buff Portal to obtain free enrollment verifications.

If the National Student Clearinghouse verification does not meet your needs, you may obtain a specialized verification at the Office of the Registrar in person or via registrar@colorado.edu.
Financial Need Analysis
Scholarship Services will complete donor-requested financial needs analysis forms. They can be submitted in person to Scholarship Services, Regent Administrative Center 175 or emailed to scholarships@colorado.edu. Please allow time for processing.
