Nothing Like a Bowl of Hot Soup
When I first arrived to USA, I did not know a word of English, which was difficult. Then, I discovered art. Being able to use art as a way of expressing my emotions and learning another language was amazing. I once lived near mountains as high as 15,000 feet in remote areas of Nepal, herding yaks and horses. I never knew that I would be able to draw or paint. I just graduated from University of Colorado with Bachelor in Fine Art and Studio Arts. When I entered college, I thought I would become a painter but I discovered photography, digital art and mix media, which opened up another whole world of art for me. I don’t know how I will survive in the art world but no matter what happens I will never give up creating art.
