Rose plans to earn a Ph.D. in Public Health in order to conduct research on women’s health in South Sudan, with the goal of building a hospital.

Miranda will begin a Master’s program at CU in fall 2012 with the goal of working with children struggling with language development in low socioeconomic areas.

Leticia's goal is to earn a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with the intention of conducting research on the etiology and treatment of substance use disorders.

Kwame wants to earn an advanced degree in Physical Therapy and Public Health to prepare for medical school.

Karen wants to earn a Ph.D. in International Affairs in order to conduct research and address human rights abuses occurring throughout the world.

Cliff wants to further his academic career in graduate school for Computer Science and work in information technology development.

Brittni's goal is to earn a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering.

Brianna's goal is to earn an advanced degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology

Basel would like to complete an advanced degree in statistics, economics or computer science.

Welcome to the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

The McNair Program prepares qualifying CU-Boulder undergraduates from science, technology, engineering and math majors to study at the doctoral level. This program was created in 1996 to honor Dr. Ronald E. McNair, an astronaut and physicist who died in the Challenger explosion.

The U.S. Congress endowed the Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program to encourage college students with similar backgrounds to Dr. McNair to enroll in graduate study.
