We provide multiple client-specific services year-round to 186 eligible students admitted into the program.
We offer Summer Ready, an extended summer orientation program for selected students who will be entering UCB in the fall term for the first time.
We host TASC (Trio Advanced Study Community), a program that targets a small group of freshmen and sophomore students who show academic promise and/or high research interest and assist them in exploring graduate level education and research. This program is offered in cooperation with the McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program.
Participants must be low-income, first generation (with neither parent graduating with a baccalaureate degree or higher) and/or be a student with disability(ies). All eligiblity critera will be confirmed by AESSS staff and in accordance to specified federal guidelines.

AESSS at CU-Boulder is funded by the Federal Department of Education at $286,664.
Our program is housed in the Student Academic Success Center (SASC) on the 2nd Floor of Fleming Building, in Room 259. SASC encompasses many services working together to provide instruction and services to diverse student populations. Our program serves the student holistically, considering the many environmental, physical and social factors/roles that make the student who they are.
