Two CU-Boulder professors led a campus team to develop a new technology that significantly reduces the time it takes to determine genetic signatures of specific flu strains, including the avian flu strain H5N1.  They can discuss influenza identification and genetics, pandemics, and new technologies in the influenza field, including their own “Flu Chip.”
