Safety Buffs

If you’re looking for a volunteer position, becoming an ambassador is a fun way to make a difference in our community and support an important cause. Safety Buff Ambassadors will be called upon to help campus organizations get the word out about programs or events, to participate in focus groups and surveys, and to aid safety-oriented organizations in various projects around the community.

What is a Safety Buff?

A Safety Buff is a CU student, faculty, or staff member who believes safety is a top priority for the community, and is willing to volunteer time, ideas, and/or opinions to help us improve the quality and efficiency of our programs on campus. Safety Buffs will be asked to commit to a regular monthly meeting time and may be asked to work consistently with one or two organizations.
Subscribe to the email list and you will be updated on current projects and ideas, asked for your feedback, and kept in the loop on great events and opportunities to get involved!

Want to get involved but can’t commit to a regular schedule?

Being a Safety Buff Ambassador is a great opportunity for you! Ambassadors will be called to help on an as-needed basis, but encouraged to be a part of the process as much as you are able!
