UCSU, THE CU REC CENTER, AND THE CU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
PROUDLY PRESENT:
Your
best alternative, economical ride to the slopes. Ride in comfort and
sleep all the way to Breckenridge or Keystone!
Service
will be provided on Saturday and Sunday. Ride in style on 55 passenger
coaches. Buses are equipped with restrooms and VCR/TV. Service will
begin November 10, 2007 and continue through March 2, 2008.

TICKETS:
Tickets will
be available through the CU Rec Center at the cashier desk during
regular Rec Center hours, seven days a week. Advance ticket
sales only for the upcoming weekend. (303-492-6880)
All CU students, Staff/faculty,
and guests ride for $10. For each bus the first 20 "Herd"
members ride free, but you must still obtain tickets at the Rec
Center in advance. Each CU affiliate can purchase up to 2 additional
tickets at guest cost. Ticket sales begin November 26, 2007.
Departure:
Please
arrive early to ensure your spot on the bus & timely departure!!
Tickets must be purchased in advance.

5:55 am Bus arrives at William’s Village
6:00 am Bus leaves William’s Village
6:10 am Bus at corner of Regent Dr. and Kittredge Loop
6:30 am Bus departs for ski resort
3:45 pm Board Bus at resort
*at Keystone, bus will board in front of the Mountain House base area
*at Breckenridge, bus will board at Beaver Run Resort
4:00 pm Bus LEAVES resort
** FREE parking available in lot 308 between Broadway and Regent on Saturday and Sunday
** You MUST be at the departure location on time or risk missing the bus!!
** If you are only riding the bus one way please let us know when you buy your ticket or when you get on the bus
Return:
Buses leave
the resort at 4:00 p.m. sharp. (Unless advised otherwise by the driver)
If you miss the bus you are on your own for transportation back to
CU.
Due to unpredictable weather conditions, a ski bus trip may be canceled as deemed by our transportation providers. In case of inclement weather, call 303.492.6080 regarding bus cancellation. We will try to determine cancellation by 6pm the day PRIOR to your trip. Tickets must be retained as a credit towards future outing in the case of a cancellation.
Due to adverse weather conditions, the return trip may be altered, as seen fit by the driver. All changes will be announced upon arrival to the resort and every rider is responsible for complying with any changes. If any rider misses the return trip, neither CU, any entity of, Coach USA, nor the resort will be responsible for transport back to CU
NO
SMOKING and NO ALCOHOL permitted on the buses at any time!!!

- Restrooms are available on the bus
- PLEASE be punctual: plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a spot
- Don’t forget your TICKET AND ID. Both ways!
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
- free Herd members must show heard card and picture id at the bus, but you still must reserve a spot prior to trip day!
- Prepare for all weather conditions, bring everything for the whole day
- Travel time is approx. 2 hours each way
